Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. pkg. pork sausage
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. heavy or whipping cream
    9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Cook sausage over medium heat until well browned.
    Remove sausage with slotted spoon to paper towel and let drain.
    Spread margarine on pie crust.
    Sprinkle sausage and cheese on pie crust. Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
