Dutch Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head chopped cabbage
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. diced celery
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. sugar
1 green pepper, diced
1 red sweet pepper, diced
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. chopped carrot
Preparation

Mix together all the ingredients and put them in a glass jar. Put on the lid and refrigerate it until needed.
This salad will last a long time if kept refrigerated.
