Easy Rotelle And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rotelle, uncooked
    1 clove garlic, minced (can use powder)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can (1 1/3 c.) sliced mushrooms with liquid
    2 1/2 c. water
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic until tender, but not brown.
    Add mushrooms, water and bouillon.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in cooked rotelle.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rotelle is tender.
    Stir in parsley, salt and pepper. Serve.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
