Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can whole tomatoes with juice
    1 can kidney beans with juice
    1 can corn with juice
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 to 2 c. water
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Simmer for 15 minutes. Ladle into bowls; top with grated cheese. Serve with Frito chips. Wonderful on a cold winter day!
