Low-Fat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. skim milk
    2 2/3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir just until mixed.
    Add either pineapple (drained) or blueberries, apples (chopped) or cranberries.
    Put sugar and cinnamon on top.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 22 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
    Contains 110 calories and 3 fat grams.
