Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. yellow squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 carrot, grated
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 small jar pimento (optional)
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Save 1/2 of stuffing mix for top.
    Melt margarine; add stuffing mix, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook squash until tender; drain.
    Mix all ingredients; top with remaining stuffing.
    Cover and cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until brown.
