Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 large (8 oz.) cottage cheese (small curd)
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
    1/2 lb. Velveeta or Cheddar cheese, cubed small
Preparation
    Mix together egg, flour, butter, salt and onion.
    Add cottage cheese and spinach.
    Add Velveeta cubes.
    Spread into a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Casserole may be frozen and thawed before baking.
