Jalapeno Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

jalapeno hot peppers
2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 doz. eggs
Preparation

Pam a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish and line the bottom with drained, sliced jalapeno hot peppers.
Grate Cheddar cheese and put on top of the peppers.
Beat eggs and pour over top of cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool and cut in 1-inch squares.
