Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese (may be low-fat)
    3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs (or egg substitute)
    1/4 c. milk (may be skim)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. ham, diced
    1 pie crust, lightly baked
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk and salt until fluffy.
    Add ingredients remaining; mix well.
    Pour into lightly baked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
