Curry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. skinless chicken
    1 medium onion
    4 large cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. coconut milk
    2 medium potatoes, cut up
    1 1/2 c. water
    salt to taste
    1/2 lemon or lime
Preparation
    Cut chicken into medium pieces.
    Squeeze a half lemon or lime on chicken; mix together and set aside.
    In Dutch oven or large pot, put oil and garlic (cut fine).
    Let garlic brown; cut onion and add to garlic.
    Fry for 1 minute.
    Rinse chicken twice and add it to the onion and garlic; stir.
    Add curry powder, water, coconut milk, pepper, potatoes and salt to taste.
    Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
    When potatoes are cooked, it's finished.
    Serve on rice.
