Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 lb. diced bacon
1/2 head lettuce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Cook peas until tender.
Fry bacon until crisp.
(May substitute bacon bits in jar for bacon.)
Drain peas.
