Spinach-Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs (seasoned)
    1 (14.5 oz.) can diced seasoned tomatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thaw spinach in microwave and squeeze out all water.
    Beat eggs with milk, Ricotta cheese and bread crumbs.
    Add spinach and mix well.
    Use 13 x 9-inch casserole dish; spray with Pam and cover bottom of dish with tomatoes.
    Spread spinach mixture over tomatoes.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
    Bake a 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
