Rice Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
3 c. cooked rice
1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. almonds
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. powdered thyme
Preparation
-
Mix onions, celery and margarine together until tender. Combine with cooked rice, almonds, salt and thyme.
It is good served with turkey.
