Beat N' Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white (unbeaten)
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
vanilla
1/4 c. boiling water

Preparation

Mix first four ingredients in small bowl.
Add boiling water. Beat to stiff peaks.
Spread over cake.
Makes 3 cups.
