Meat Loaf With Barbecue Topping - cooking recipe

1 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 lb. lean ground beef
3 large eggs
4 slices bread, crumbed
1 Tbsp. green pepper flakes
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. salt
pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. bay leaf
Preparation

Mix the first four ingredients and take out 1/2 cup for the topping. Mix the rest of the barbecue sauce with the meat mixture.
