Pizza Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. tomatoes
    6 c. green peppers, diced
    2 c. hot peppers, diced
    6 c. onions, diced
    4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 oz. oregano
    5 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. salt
    1/2 c. sugar, more or less to taste
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes, peppers and onions until tender.
    Cool and run through blender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and cook 1 hour.
    Put in jars and seal.
