Braciola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak, without fat removed (surrounds outer part of meat, 1 inch thick)
1 piece short rib with bone left in
2 large garlic cloves, chopped
2 fresh broccoli leaves, chopped
4 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Spread meat with garlic, basil and parsley.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Roll up like a jelly roll and tie with butcher's string. Brown in a little oil and water on top of the stove along with the short rib.
Lower the heat and continue cooking until done.
Slice and serve or can be put whole in your meat sauce along with the meats for extra flavor.
