Buttermilk Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. cocoa
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and soda in a large bowl.
    Cook margarine, water and cocoa until melted and add to flour mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 15 x 10-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
