Hot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 to 2 lb. coarse ground meat
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    1 small jar jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 bunch chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions on package (about 5 minutes).
    Rinse, drain and return to pot.
    Fry ground meat until no longer red.
    Drain fat and add meat to macaroni; turn heat to medium-low and stir in tomato paste.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour.
