Ingredients

1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender.
Cover and blend at high speed for 1 minute, stopping to stir down once.
Bake on greased griddle, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
Makes 20 (4-inch) pancakes.
This is also excellent for waffles.
Bake extra waffles and freeze.
Reheat in toaster and they are as delicious as freshly made.
