Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. sweet pickle cubes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Peel and dice enough potatoes to make 4 cups.
    Cover with water; add salt and cook just until tender.
    Drain; let cool. Place in a large mixing bowl.
    Peel and dice eggs.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Toss potatoes, egg and dressing gently. Place in airtight container; refrigerate until ready to use.
