Korean Style Namasu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. cabbage
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. shoyu
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 stalk green onion, chopped
    2 or 3 pinches chili pepper
Preparation
    Chop
    cabbage;\tsoak
    and rub in salt water.
    Rinse and remove excess water.
    Mix all ingredients together;
    pour over cabbage. Soak for 2 to 3 hours.
