Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 marshmallows
1/2 c. corn flakes

Preparation

Combine warm potatoes (mashed) with beaten egg, salt and pepper.
Add a little milk if mixture is too dry.
Form ball around marshmallow.
Roll in corn flakes.
Place in oiled baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
