Pasta And Ceci (Chickpeas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (19 oz.) can ceci (chickpeas)
    1/3 lb. pasta (tubetti or ditalini), cooked
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    oregano (optional)
Preparation
    Brown
    garlic in oil in a 3 quart saucepan.
    Add tomato sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes.
    Drain and add ceci to sauce
    and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
    Add cooked pasta
    and cook
    for
    another 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add a little water, if needed.
    Serves 4.
