Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. white syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes more.
    Add baking soda and vanilla.
    Stir well and pour over the popped corn which has been placed in a very large bowl.
    Stir to coat evenly.
    Microwave on High for 45 seconds; stir.
    Microwave on High for 45 more seconds.
    Turn out onto cookie sheet to cool.
    Break into pieces and store in airtight container (if there's any left).
