Yellow Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cornmeal
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sift together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in egg, milk and oil.
    Pour batter into greased 8-inch square pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
