Cheesy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables, containing broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed and drained
    1 c. crushed butter crackers
Preparation
    Cut cheese into cubes.
    Place in a saucepan with 1/2 cup of butter.
    Heat over low heat until melted, stirring often.
    Place vegetables in 1-quart casserole dish.
    Pour cheese over and mix well.
