Gusisada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    3 medium potatoes, diced
    1 can green beans
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic until brown.
    Add tomato and saute lightly.
    Add meat; cook until gray, stirring often.
    Add salt and cover with water.
    Cook 5 minutes; add potatoes, beans and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender; do not overcook.
