Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 pinch salt
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add beaten whole eggs and add vanilla, vinegar and salt.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Start cooking at 300\u00b0; raise heat in 10 minutes to 350\u00b0.
    Cook for 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
