Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
1 c. ground sausage
8 or 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix biscuit mix and ground sausage very well, then add cheese. Mix well again.
Roll into balls the size of large marbles. These can be made in advance, covered and refrigerated.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown; serve very hot.
Leftovers can be frozen, thawed, heated and served again.
