4 pork chops
green pepper, sliced in rings
onions, sliced in rings
lemon juice
brown sugar
catsup
Preparation

Line baking pan with aluminum foil.
Put pork chops in pan; top each with green pepper and onion rings.
Sprinkle each chop with 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
Cover chops, onions and green pepper with catsup.
Cover pan with aluminum foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
