Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    1 c. rice
    3/4 c. beef broth
    1/4 c. water
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tomato, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and set aside.
    Add cup of rice to drippings. Add beef broth and water.
    Place chops back into mixture.
    On top of each chop, put 1 slice of onion, tomato and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
