Lemon Dill Chicken Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
    6 skinned, boned chicken breasts
    1 large beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish.
    Dip chicken in egg and then crumb mixture.
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add chicken and cook 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
