Pork Chops With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    6 medium carrots, sliced
    salt and pepper
    3 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in frying pan.
    Add onion, carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper.
    (I add a little garlic powder, too.)
    Cover; cook until vegetables are tender.
    Serves 4.
