Spinning Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. hot catsup
2/3 c. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 to 3 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. salad oil if using barbecue grill; otherwise, omit
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and cook until onions are done. Remove casing from ham; score and roast 15 to 20 minutes per pound at 350\u00b0, basting often with sauce, or cook on rotisserie again basting often.
If you want sauce to serve with ham, make a double portion.
