Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 medium onion
1 c. celery
1 c. rice (cook before adding)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Chop onion and celery and cook until tender.
Cook sausage until done.
Drain off grease.
Mix rice, cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup together, then add to sausage mixture. Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
