Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. (or more) milk or buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients; cut in shortening until well mixed and add buttermilk or milk, stirring quickly until a very soft dough.
