Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 cakes yeast
    2 eggs
    3 c. very warm water
    8 c. flour
    1/2 c. water (to dissolve yeast in and 1 tsp. sugar)
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl sugar and salt with 3 cups very warm water. Melt shortening.
    Put into water mixture.
    Let cool, then take mixer and blend in about 3 cups of flour, then put in eggs and yeast.
    Blend good, then put in rest of the flour.
    Take hands to blend.
    Put about 1 cup flour on table and work in.
    Put in greased bowl; let sit until double.
    Punch down.
    Put 1/4 cup oil and put in pans to rise again until top of pans.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown (don't preheat oven).
