Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and cut up
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry (optional)
1 stick melted butter
1 (1 lb.) box Hi Ho crackers
Preparation

Mix together crackers and melted butter.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place 2/3 of crackers in bottom.
Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry.
Layer chicken, broccoli (uncooked), soup mixture and cheese.
Top with rest of crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and brown.
