Pecan Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter (1 c.)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat butter with mixer until fluffy.
    Add sugar, pecans, flour and vanilla and blend well.
    Refrigerate one hour.
    Make into one-inch balls.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place balls one-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake until slightly brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cool a few minutes, then roll in powdered sugar.
