Crab-Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. manicotti
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    6 1/2 oz. can crabmeat, rinsed and drained
    2 oz. jar pimiento, finely chopped
    5 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 green onions, minced
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare manicotti per package directions; drain.
    In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and egg.
    Mix well. Stir in crabmeat, pimiento, 1 tablespoon of parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
    Fill manicotti with cheese mixture.
    Arrange in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
