Hot Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising corn meal
2 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
hot pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 block Velveeta cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix well.
Bake in well-greased pan at 375\u00b0.
Good with all vegetables.
