Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. starter (previous recipe)
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a bowl and cover with towel.
    Allow this mixture to sit overnight at room temperature.
    Next day take out 1 cup of the starter for blending and combine remaining starter with leftover starter.
