Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lasagne noodles
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar chopped mushrooms
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes, cut up
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Mozzarella cheese
Cheddar cheese
Ricotta or cottage cheese
Preparation

Saute onions and mushrooms.
Add meat, brown and drain. Add seasonings to taste.
Stir, add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer until meat is done.
Follow directions to cook lasagne. Layer lasagne,
meat
mixture
and
cheeses
in
baking
dish, topping off with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
