Weight Watcher Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin (16 oz.)
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    8 pkg. Equal
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. dry biscuit mix
    2 tsp. pie spice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted halfway between the center of pie comes out clean.
    Cut pie into eighths; each piece equals 1/4 P, 1/3 B and 16 calories.
