Banana Huckleberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. sour milk
2 eggs
4 mashed bananas
1 c. huckleberries
1 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine sugar and margarine or butter.
Cream together.
Add the eggs and milk (to sour milk, add 1 capful of vinegar to milk). Add bananas and mix well.
Mix the dry ingredients together. Combine with the banana mixture.
Stir the huckleberries in last. Grease muffin tins before filling.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
