Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, boiled, skinned and diced
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. diced onion
    2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. bacon, half cooked
    lightly salt and pepper potatoes
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in bowl and pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
    Top with sliced olives and bacon.
