Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can (about 16 oz.) whole kernel or cream-style corn
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    1 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. green pepper or pimiento, chopped (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine whole kernel corn and 3/4 cup milk or cream-style corn and 1/2 cup milk.
    Add bread or cracker crumbs, onion, green pepper and seasonings.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    May be baked in the microwave or bake until done.
