Potato Salad Stack-Up - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. chopped cooked potatoes
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
3 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
2 c. chopped cucumbers
2 c. cooked peas
1/2 tsp. dill weed
2 c. chopped tomatoes
Dill Sauce
Preparation
-
Combine potatoes and peas.
Toss tuna with dill weed.
Layer lettuce, potato mixture, tomatoes, tuna mixture and cucumbers in 3 1/2-quart salad bowl.
Top with 1 1/2 cups Dill Sauce.
Cover and chill.
Serve with remaining Dill Sauce.
