Oregano Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    The day before cooking, place chicken in large freezer bag. Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, oregano and pepper; pour over chicken.
    Tie bag shut and turn bag several times to coat chicken with marinade.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
